Getting Started.

We take pride in providing high quality coaching and individualized programming customized for each lifter's needs. 

Before you get started, our coaches need to understand you. Your history, goals, strengths, discrepancies, personality, injuries and any weightlifting experiences. An initial assessment session gives us the chance to get to know you and understand your body so that you can have the best weightlifting experience and coaching possible. This will also help us provide individualized programming best for your specific needs.

Membership Costs and Fees


Our membership package includes the following:

  • Access to our platforms and lifting equipment

  • Flexible training hours

  • Individualized programming tailored to meet each lifter's needs

  • In person coaching 



There is a drop-in fee of $20. As a courtesy to our members and coaches, we ask that you please contact us first before planning a visit to the gym.
